Creative Thinking Class...

Creative thinking class was interesting. Yes, although most of the time Prof Kirpal did the talking. He did point out certain issues that are really contraversial.

He mentioned about abortion... Abortion rate in singapore which was reported in the papers that on avg, there are about 4+ abortions done per day in singpore. Hey, that's a high figure given that Singapore is trying to encourage birth. and God knows how many of suich abortions are from teenage girls. Even then, he gave a different perspective towards abortion. In our society, it is true that most ppl will have a bad impression and reactions once they come across such teenage women. An alternative thinking he gave is why cant we embrace life and accept that being pregnant is actully a beautiful thing to happen. Ultimately, it is a life that we are talking. But, then the cruelty of our society these days. It is hard for it to happen.

Another interesting stuff we did was when he had a friend, named David to come to class to share with us his experience. What he first told us to do was to each to use a paper to fold something for a flight test. Immediately, most of us started to fold paper aeroplanes. I was among one of them until i think differently. He told us to make something that can "fly" not to make paper aeroplanes. So to hell with it. i crushed the paper into a paper ball. And that was my flying object.. keke..
